In over 25 years of working in marketing and leading teams, I have never encountered a more effective course for developing high-performing teams. My cross-functional team unanimously agreed that this was the best training they had ever attended. They found the insights not only valuable for their professional development but also applicable to their personal lives.

Burnout is one of the biggest challenges that growing teams face during times of change. The Evolve coaching workshop gave our leadership team practical tools & strategies around exercise, movement, nutrition, sleep, and mental wellbeing that help our team excel professionally and personally. This workshop was transformative for us, and my only regret is not engaging the Evolve team earlier in our growth.

The Evolve Leadership performance and resilience training has become a cornerstone of our annual Global Leadership Principles program, consistently receiving glowing feedback from our
attendees. This training has profoundly enhanced our leaders’ capabilities, resilience, and overall performance.

At our VP+ huddle with our CEO and top 160 leaders in attendance, Caren delivered in a manner that exceeded our expectations. She is an expert in her field, and draws on life experiences, personal and professional, to build the case for why we need to look at performance as individuals much more holistically and built a session that truly resonated with our team. Along the way, she even provided valuable coaching and support for us as we navigated significant organizational change. She was truly a great partner, and we look forward to the possibility of working with her again in the future.

Evolve hosted a workshop for our female leadership team which focused on Peak Performance: Managing Your Energy for High Performance. The facilitator provided practical solutions to reduce stress, introduce more joy and build a clearer personal vision in order to create a more fulfilling life. She skillfully guided each one of us through interactive breakout sessions to identify action items to achieve our personal goals, and brought credibility to the workshop through fact-based scientific studies and by sharing her own personal journey. She was instrumental in strategically creating the space to allow all of us to reset and refocus as we continue to maneuver through these unsettling times and approach a new year. Her genuine personality and heartfelt presentation style deeply resonated with our team.

The executive coaching and guidance provided to me individually and to my leadership team over the past five years has been invaluable in helping us successfully navigate through significant business challenges ranging from the acquisition of our company to the pandemic to significant changes and headwinds in the marketplace. Evolve also facilitated workshops for our leadership team and entire organization focused on helping us change the way we lead, connect, and invest in ourselves both professionally and personally in all areas of our lives.
